Double shot of Nate? DOUBLE SHOT OF AWESOME!
This one made us giggle. I think Jamey Erickson suggested we make the bobble Henry. Executed by WITT and Nolting.
@TheGoondas Thanks! Yes. Sorry for the massively delayed response. in reply to TheGoondas #

We had done a few posters for this recurring event. This one in particular was a collab between Collin Strandberg and Tenebrini. Strandberg served as an intern for about 4 months and pumped out a good handful of cool black and white fliers in addition to this screen printed poster.
Tenebrini spent a few hours at Kinkos with his new stamp toy, a sharpie and an Xacto and gave birth to this gem.
Frank Kozik gave it props saying “ok-this rules. total brutal energy“. Which we all thought was pretty cool given he’s kind of one of the Godfathers of this whole gigposter mess.
We went through a period where we messed with the photo copier a bunch at one stage or another during the creation process. DWITT stumbled across this weird effect he did to a bunch of his illustrations chopping and stretching them into advanced versions of the original. Tenebrini took this one and put a layout to it with some type then printed it with Nolting.
For some reason this is the only black light poster to come out of Squad19 so far despite certain member’s penchants for psychedelics.
Towards the end of 2003 we thought it might be fun to start working with other poster artists. This Rapture poster is the result of Punchgut dipping his toe into the Squad19 pool while holding hands with DWITT.
While we were printing this Tenebrini realized that the show was on a Sunday (the Lord’s day) and got creeped out.
